Not necessarily from how its worded out but he's piggyback riding off of the work of others to jump into the AI shenanigans, it more or less shows how much of a hypocrite he is as, he's the same guy that said AI would be dangerous, and yet here he is going against his belief. Probably a way to pay off the massive losses he incurred lmao.
Also, its kinda up to you; I still have mine up and running but I deleted most drawings I have but left out some older drawings from 2020 - 2021 and show sketches as a sneak peak as its new purpose. I've now just relegated it to looking at news stuff and whatever drama is brewing up.

In the fastest way I could explain it, Elon wants to scrape twitter of all human content for his "xAI" and hopes that it could do more than having to rely on said human made content, he's also trying to follow into the footsteps of deepmind, the creator behind alphazero, one of the many strongest chess engine there is.
TL;DR: The boy that had an emerald mine in SA who was against AI before and had restricted twitter to prevent scraping suddenly now wants to scrape himself.
